Flat wire belts is made from cross rod and flat strip with welded edge, some with kunckled edge. Side guard and flight is available, very little maintenance is needed. Long belt life can be expected if used properly. Material includes carbon steel, galvanised steel, SS304 and SS316. Usually used for cooling, drying, bread production, washing, sorting system and etc.
